OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Miseform doing business as Miseform ("Miseform," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We try to display products, colors, and specifications as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product specifications may change slightly between manufacturing batches. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free; if a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by pricing or inventory errors. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will issue a full refund.

4. SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, and cannot deliver to PO boxes. Orders are fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partner and may ship from outside the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier, but we will still assist with lost or damaged shipments as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

6. PRODUCT USE
Use products only as directed. For fabric shavers: test on a small hidden area first, use light pressure, and take extra care with delicate or loosely knit fabrics. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, excessive pressure, or use contrary to the instructions.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Miseform name and M logo — belongs to Miseform or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. USER CONTENT
If you send us comments, reviews, photos, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and reproduce them in connection with our business. You agree your submissions will not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe anyone's rights.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted on Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miseform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Miseform harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
