SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost:  Standard $8 Shipping on orders under $50. Free Shipping on orders $50 or more.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Our products are fulfilled by a third-party partner and may ship from outside the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update after the label is created.

Delayed or lost orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, contact us at miseform@gmail.com and we'll investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
